HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can log into your account here > https://deadskullcoffee.co.uk/account/ and click the "manage subscription" link. You will be able to cancel or update your subscription from this link.
Alternatively, drop us an email at info@deadskullcoffee.co.uk and we can do that for you (Please email us 24 hours before the next subscription comes out to allow us to take care of that for you.

 

WHAT IS YOUR ETHICAL POLICY?

In brief, we want to look after our customers and the environment. Our coffee is fairly traded, ethically sourced and sustainable. 
All our packaging is 100% recyclable & our pods/capsules are compostable being suitable for kitchen waste bins and Garden compost facilities or can be placed in council recycling.

WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION PRICE ALWAYS STAY THE SAME?

If the "recurring total" says you will pay more than your order in the coming months, it does not take into account any discount codes applied during your first order 

If there are any price increase's you will be notified with advance warning - e.g coffee bean price rises that our out of our control.

 

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY COFFEE ?

Any orders that are placed Mon - Fri before 4 pm we try our hardest to get it out the very same day. Orders placed from Sat - Sun will be sent out first thing Monday morning.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS ?

We are open to deal with emails and orders from 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday

 

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY COSTS ?

Delivery cost's are calculated at the checkout where you have the options of first and second class normally £3.00 - £3.85

We do ship abroad but please bear in mind that cost can vary and sometimes more than the product you are buying.

 

DO YOU USE ECO FRIENDLY PACKAGING ?

Our shipping boxes are now in use for larger orders and as from September we will be using recyclable bubble jiffy bags for single orders to enable postbox delivery, Recyclable and providing better product protection than the plastic bag versions.

Our aim is to have everything you receive in the post to be made of recyclable/biodegradable materials.

Coffee grounds can usually be placed in your food waste bin, but please check with your local council website. Coffee grounds can also be put on a compost pile. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dead Skull Coffee welcome new customers on a daily basis and treat everyone the same with a high level of customer service - Without you there is no us.

Please bear in mind there is only two of us working for Dead Skull Coffee and we are a small batch roaster so deal with everything.

  • To ensure we deliver 100% satisfaction  - We welcome feedback it's so important as it helps us build and get better to give a good service.
  • We aim to respond to all emails as quickly as possible and during the hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday
  • Please Please check your spam - if you've contacted us and felt you've not had a response we recommend you double check your spam as occasionally having an info@ email it gets sent there - so we have no idea if you've received and do not want you thinking we are ignoring you or being unprofessional
