HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can log into your account here > https://deadskullcoffee.co.uk/account/ and click the "manage subscription" link. You will be able to cancel or update your subscription from this link.
Alternatively, drop us an email at info@deadskullcoffee.co.uk and we can do that for you (Please email us 24 hours before the next subscription comes out to allow us to take care of that for you :))

WHAT IS YOUR ETHICAL POLICY?

In brief, we want to look after our customers and the environment. Our coffee is fairly traded, ethically sourced and sustainable. 
All our packaging is 100% recyclable & our pods/capsules are compostable being suitable for kitchen waste bins and Garden compost facilities or can be placed in council recycling.

WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION PRICE STAY THE SAME?

Absolutely! If the "recurring total" says you will pay more than your order in the coming months, it does not take into account any discount codes applied during your first order :)

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY COFFEE?

Any orders that are placed Mon - Fri before 3.30pm we try our hardest to get it out the very same day. Sat - Sun orders will be sent out first thing Monday morning.
