Shipping and Refunds

OPENING HOURS

We are open to deal with emails and orders from 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday Any order that comes in before 4 pm we will post that day anything after will be dealt with and posted the next working day - Weekend orders will be fulfilled first thing Monday morning and sent.

DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery cost's are calculated at the checkout where you have the options of first and second class normally £3.00 - £3.85

We do ship abroad but please bear in mind that cost can vary and sometimes more than the product you are buying.

 

GREEN PACKAGING

Our shipping boxes are now in use for larger orders and as from September we will be using recyclable jiffy bags for single orders to enable postbox delivery, Recyclable and providing better product protection than the plastic bags.

Our aim is to have everything you receive in the post to be made of recyclable/biodegradable materials.

Coffee grounds can usually be placed in your food waste bin, but please check with your local council website. Coffee grounds can also be put on a compost pile. 

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Coffee, as a perishable good cannot be returned to us. If you have any issues with our coffee, please get in touch. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@deadskullcoffee.co.ukIf your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as coffee), and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
